Noticed Blood In My Urine And Stool

I am in good physical condition (workout regularly). I have been feeling like I don t have much energy recently and just in the past few days have noticed blood in my stool and also a little in my urine. I am 49 years old with no serious health conditions to date.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have urinary tract infection. You should go for urine examination and if needed take course of antibiotics like levofloxacin or norfloxacin.

You also have blood in stool. For that you should go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out any gastrointestinal tract bleeding. Then take treatment accordingly.

Your weakness is due to blood loss and anemia. Once your blood loss will stop and your hemoglobin level come back to normal it will be cured.

Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
