Need Medication To Gain Weight

Well i'm trying tu gain some wghts,i'm ectomorph i'm now 74 kilos weight and 184 cm height,i'm exercising about 3-4 times a week,my question is will my body get "bigger" if i eat more calories and will it equaly grow (under that i mean will it concreate on stomach and another parts of body or equaly grow) ??? sry for bad english!

Hi,

Regular exercise would increase the muscle development. This would concern the involved muscles used in exercising. Your weight is normal for your height and there is no need trying to put on more weight. Rather working out to be fit is enough and not consuming more calories than required.
