It seems from the history that you are having swelling of the eyelid margin.
This is usually because of inflammation of the glands of the eyelids which lie along the eyelid margin.
The treatment of the condition is by use of antibiotic eye ointment and antiinflammatory drugs. Applying hot compression provides rapid symptomatic relief.
Since you are already using antibiotic ointment, add antiinflammatory drug you will be fine.
