How Should Persistent Nose Bleed, Severe Migraine, Weakness And Exhaustion After Injury To The Nose Be Treated?

My husband got into a physical altercation a few hours ago that ended in him being hit in the nose with a blunt object. He was struck on the side of his nasal bridge. His nose isnt broken because he can still move it but he has a terrible migraine and we cant get it to stop bleeding. He now is feeling extremely tired and somewhat weak. What do i need to do? Is the E.R a must at this moment or are there other things i could do to help him
