Hi I am AAAAAAA Age 27+ . My Height is 5.3 but I want to Increase my height 3 to 4 inche It Is possible for me . What i can do . pls guide me or give the solution.

Sorry now there is no chance to increase your height as there is fusion of epiphysis of long bones so after 20 yrs further increase of height is not possible.
If some body claims for increasing height,do not believe as they show increase height by some trick.
