Mammography Shows Fibroadenosis. Interpretation?

This is my report of mamography Right Breast:- diffusely altered echotexture of fatty glandular tissue with increased echogenicity and nodularity at both superior and inferior as well as outer quadrants and retroareolar region- mild fibroadenosis. Right axillary lymphnode measuring- 9.9*5.6 mm Left Breast:-diffusely altered echotexture of fatty glandular tissue with increased echogenicity and nodularity at both superior and inferior as well as outer quadrants and retroareolar region- mild fibroadenosis. Well defined hypoechoice elliptical shaped lesion measuring 5.9*4.9 mm at 12/1 O clock - small fibroadenoma
