Lower Back And Abdomen Pain. Done With Ultrasound, Ct Scan And Blood Test. Had Diarrhoea After Taking Pain Pills. What Does The Finding Mean?

I m having lower right back pain that spread to the lower right abdomen. The skin from that area is itchy & kind of numb. I went to the Dr & had a ultrasound of my pelvic region & abdomen & she saw nothing of concern. I went to the er bc I got to be in so much pain I thought maybe it was appendix even though the symptoms weren t what I read about. The pain gets worse lying down. They did a ct & blood work & he saw nothing life threatening & sent me home with pain pills. I slept the rest of the day yesterday all the way through 5pm waking only to take a pill & use the bathroom. I feel very week, still have pain though not as intense as yesterday. I didn t eat until 6pm & felt very sick to my stomach & have since had diarrhea twice. I have no gallbladder either. Again my head had been hurting.

well if nothing abnormal was found in the usg reports of abdomen i think the pain cn be due to lumbar spondylosis as well..its a degenerative disease of lumbar spine and can affect young individuals as well...u cn go for a x ray of lumbosacral spine and then consult a PMR doctor ..often regular exercises r quite helpful without any pain killers in this case...
