Should A Specialist Be Consulted When Asked To Do A Cystoscopy?
Last week during my annual gyno checkup, I gave a urine sample and was notified four days later that I was being referred to a specialist for a cystoscopy. The gyno's office refused to tell me what had been found to justify this referral. Should I proceed with the interview with the specialist?
You have been referred to specialist for cystoscopy based on your urine reports. But kindly upload your reports then only I can give comment regarding that. Your report might be abnormal, so you have been referred. For cystoscopy you can consult Urologist for examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
