Hello

Thanks for the query

The feeling of walking sideways could be giddiness and it is sometimes see in dehydrated state however since the issue is recurring I strongly suggest you to get a ct brain done to rule out organic pathology, the best physician to approach is a neurologist. Please visit the doctor soon and do not ignore the issue any further

I hope I was of help
Regards
