Is Vitamin C Such As Emergen-c Good For Immune System?
I would just like to know if Vitamin C vitamins such as Emergen-C are still good for you and your immune system if you are already sick (such as with the Cold). I was informed that Vitamin C is actually BAD for you once you are sick, and was told that they got this information from doctors. Is it?
