Is Recurrent UTI Common When One Has Kidney Stones?

I am having a kidney stone of 7mm...it never pains..i got to know by urine infection ( and by ultrasoubd). Now i am taking only ayurvedic tablets but there is a regular infection in urine. Is it a common symptom in stone? Operation is required or can b passed? With size of 7mm

7 mm is quite a small stone this may pass through urine with hydrotherapy
recurrent infection is very common with kidney stones
in my opinion you should discontinue your ayurvedic medicine foe a while and get urine test for culture and sensitivity test
you may require a course of antibiotics
have plenty of fluids
