Is Negative ELFA Result 7 Months After Unprotected Sex Conclusive?

Dear Doctor Please let me know ELFA negative result after 7 months considered as conclusive I have an intercourse with an lady six months 7 months before without condom..I have gone through several HIV tests like ELISA,ELFA and CIMA in seven months all results says negative.In fact i checked the blood of the lady also in ELFA method that result also negative Is there anything to worry or not

ELFA is a newer version of the ELISA test. It detects HIV specific antibodies.
It is very accurate and detects more than 99.99% HIV infections when tested 3 months after the exposure.
You have done this test seven months after the exposure and it is negative. Even the lady's ELFA test is negative. So you do not have HIV. Stop worrying.
To avoid such unnecessary stress I suggest you use barrier contraceptives like condom when necessary.
