Is My Walk In Jacuzzi Safe To Use Inspite Of Its Brown Tint?

Is my walk in Jauzzi safe to use? I paid for a wlk in Jauzzi 1 year ago. When water is turned on, it has a brown tint. Jacuzzi co. says it is bacteria. & must be flushed out every 2 weeks with Cascade & bleach. No change. water still has a brown tint. ??? Is my Jacuzzi safe to use? Jim Peterson 714 0000

I am so sorry to hear about this problem you have with your Jacuzzi. If water is not clean, definite we cannot be sure of its quality. I will suggest that you follow the instructions on the users' manual fully. For now, I advise that you keep away from using it until you get this sorted out.
