Hi, personal question I know.
But I just discovered that I have a vaginal yeast infection.
I noticed the last two or three times my boyfriend and I had sex, there were little black specks in his semen. I was wondering if maybe there is a correlation, something to be worried about?

Vaginal yeast infection is characterized by white thick discharge and intense itching in the vagina.
However, it cannot cause black spots in the semen.
You need to consult an urologist for examination of the semen to look for the cause of black spots in semen.
