Hi,

Extreme toothache can be a sign of severe infection. I will suggest you to visit a dental surgeon asap so that he can guide you through after thorough examination. Meanwhile you can use warm salt water for frequent oral rinsing. This greatly helps in pain relief till your appointments.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Ramprasad, Dentist
