hello sir <br> i m sushant kumar from odisha of age 22 heigth 4ft 9ich n wgt 55kg. i want grow more 6inches plz help me my dad height 5ft nd mom height 4ft 8 inch. can i gain more 6inches plz any way i want to grow tall or else i will sucide i cant life short height, not able to ride bike also as a youngester

Height is genetically determined and would therefore be mostly influenced by the height of your family members.

At age 22, as well, no further growth , unfortunately, would be possible. There is an area at the end of the long bones (bones in the legs and arms) that is involved in adding new bone and therefore increasing length.

In puberty, at approximately age 16 to 18,this area changes and no further bone is added- no further height.
There is no medical therapy that would cause this area to start producing new bone.
