Is Dense Urine A Physiological Change In Fasting People?

Hi I m 21 years old it s been 20days I m fasting because of Ramadan, in the morning 4am when I urinate I noticed the last drops of my urine is dense somehow similar to semen but I m sure it is not semen, is it normal ? In addition I never had wet dream in my life and I can t remember my dreams almost every night.

Dear- thanks for using our service. When you are fasting for a long period of time, we have ketones bodies in our urine and that can change the color of it. You need to drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated,because one of the problem that we can see is dehydration with very concentrated urine that will change the color of it and will show it very dense. I recommend you to keep hydration during your fasting and if your urine still dense 48 hrs after finish your fasting, then have it checked by your doctor.
