Is Craving For A Specific Food After Work Out Normal?

I recently (since January 1) started working out on a regular basis, about 5 times a week for an hour each day. I have also started taking one a day women's vitamin and a fish oil dietary supplement. Since I started this change I have been craving orange juice, drinking about a gallon every three days, but I also drink a lot of water. Is this normal?

Hello there,
A craving for a particular foodstuff is at times an indication of your body reacting to a hormonal flux. This happens in people starting a new diet, women getting started on contraceptives, new exercise regimes and of course pregnancy. Over a period of time this would decrease and you would be back to liking your regular food habits.

Hope this helps,
Thank you for your query,
