Hello,

If you did not have any cuts in your finger, then you don't need to worry. HIV can be contracted if fluids or blood of a HIV positive person gets into the bloodstream of an HIV negative person through open cuts, sores, or through mucous membrane found in vagina, rectum, mouth, tip of the penis, etc.

If your GF is HIV negative, you don't need to worry. However, you should always perform safe sex. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP. If needed, you will be recommended to take post exposure prophylaxis for HIV. Since your blood works show negative reports, it may not be required unless your Gf has STD or if HIV positive.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
