Hello,

A kidney infection may cause problems with urination and also nausea and chills but generally, these happen at the same time and I would not expect a kidney infection to last for so long.

The best way to make sure if you have a urinary infection or not would be to have a urinalysis and possibly a urine culture.

After the results of these tests, the doctor will know for sure if you have an infection and which antibiotic is needed in this case.

I hope this answers your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hello,

It is urinary tract infection, you need to take antibiotics, get urine routine and culture done and maintain good hygiene down there.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
