Is Bumps On Anal Opening And Thighs Sign Of STD?

i have a few bumps on my butt and thighs that seem like ingrown hairs. on one of them i was squeezing, clear liquid comes out. it doesn't really itch and it doesn't really hurt. however i am sexually active with my girlfriend and i am concerned that this might be some kind of std but neither of us have had any, we both have been tested. what could this be, what causes it and how can i prevent this?
