Is Zyrtec The Right Medicine For Watery Eyes?

My eyes are watery, with the fluid running from the outer corner of my eyes. They run so much that my skin at the corner of each eye is raw. I have been taking Zyrtec for approx. 10 days and using allergy drops for my eyes. Does not seem to be helping. Today I have noticed a bad smell in my nose. Is there something else I can try.
Thanks
Connie

it is epiphora. there is blockage of nasolacrimal duct. might be dacrocystitois. if block is clear it will pass to nasal cavity and you will taste normal saline. now apply ofloxacin.3%drop 6hourlypunctum dilatation and syringing is to be done and repeated for 3to 4times now apply ofloxacin eye drop .3%6hourly. it may fully improve or subsiquently surgery is required.
