Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has hematuria. So he may have infection in kidney bladder or lower urinary tract or he may have some other pathology like kidney or bladder cancer. He should go for urine routine and microscopic test as well as ultrasound test. It will give idea about diagnosis. Then he should take treatment accordingly.
