Is Methenamine Hippurate Safe To Take For UTI?
Recently I finally read details about methenamine hippurate and that it produces formaldehyde in the bladder. I ve been taking it for years and now I only get UTI s perhaps every two months (I was constantly having symptoms). Formaldehyde, however, is a carcinogen my research shows. How is methenamine not harmful then??
