Is Elisa 3rd Generation Test Done 44 Days After Exposure Conclusive?

i did an ELISA exam after 44 days, i received oral sex. the result was negative but im still worried about it cause after that i went to the doctor and i had clamyda and i took an antibiotic and now im getting better i guess but not a 100% im still feeling some pain when i pee. that elisa i think was 3 generation

The ELISA test after 44 days of exposure is highly reliable but not conclusive because it is an antibody test and to be repeated after 3 months to declare anyone free from HIV as per international HIV guidelines. So don't worry and get tested, the result will definitely come in your favor.
