Is Chiari Malformation Curable?

I am 25 years old. I was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation when I was 16 after MVA. I have experienced 5 episodes of my arms rotating inward hands become completely contracted . When it begins my heart rate does increase but is usually 55-60. The spells last approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hour. The first two attacks were 1 week apart. The third involved my feet turning inward and stiff. my last attack 3 days ago I could not speak for about one hour. I do not feel or appear anxious or stressed during the attack.
