General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Usually in GI-associated pain, antispasmodic as dicyclomine or drotaverine are best molecules rather than celecoxib particularly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
