Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In The Inner Thighs, Knee And Ankles

I have sudden pain in inner thigh that feels like a nerve trapped inside of a muscle cramp. the pain radiates down to my inner knee and inner ankle to the bottom of my foot. Sometimes it will last for 10 minutes and if I am driving I have to get off the road immediately because it is unbearable.
