I have 4 lumps on my skin, one on each

I have 4 lumps on my skin, one on each calf, one on the right knee, and one on my right arm. It never goes away, looks like pimples but they aren’t. Skin gets very hard on top of these lumps. No pain, just looks unattractive. All four are about the size of a pinky nail.

I am prescribed compressions socks. Last night when I took them off, I noticed a hard lump under my skin about 2 inches long a few inches above my ankle. I never noticed this before however before the compression socks my legs were swollen so might now have noticed. I am not sure if I should be calling my dr or if this can wait until my next appt a couple of weeks from now.

I have a lump that looks like a bruise and it is very painful. I was just diagnosed with guttate psorasis and found out that it is related to a strep bacteria. I did recently have strep and was just wondering if this is something that will go away? They do seem to be fading.
