Hi,
From your query, it seems your sleep rhythm is disturbed. It would have been helpful if you would have added more details, like your age, frequency of problems, etc. From what you have described, it seems you have difficulty maintaining a schedule. I would suggest a few things for now:
1. Try to have a fixed sleeping time and stick to your schedule.
2. Avoid tea/coffee
3. Avoid alcohol/ tobacco or any other drugs
4. Start daily morning exercise
5. Don't take day-time naps
6. Use your bed only for sleep; don't use laptops, watch TV or read while in bed
7. Make sure lighting and aeration in your room is adequate for your sleep.

I hope this works for you. You can contact me with more details for any further help. Best wishes
