Why Am I Having Severe Jaw Pain On The Right Side Which Restricts The Ability To Open My Mouth Painlessly?

I am having severe jaw pain on the right side. I cant even open my mouth all the way because it hurts so bad. I also noticed there feels like there is a lump / knot. I have taken ibuprofen, tylenol, aleve and asprin and nothing is helping. Was just wondering what i can do before i go to the hospital.
