How To Treat Tingling Feeling In Head And Double Vision In One Eye In A Diabetic Person?

Hi Dr. jbuel,
A friend of mine has a tingling weird feeling on the right forehead and double vision on that right eye. Please let me know the outcome for this problem. She is also diabetic. If you need to contact me please email me at YYYY@YYYY .

Diabetis contol is prime. Your both problems to be tackled separetely. It may not be related with diabetis. You are having double vision in right eye what about left eye? We are supposed to use both eyes togather for binocularity. So unless you inform the status of both the eyes it is not possible to advice on double vision of one eye. Regarding tingling sensation of forehead, it is a neurological problem. It can be related to diabetis. However the site is uncommon. Vitamin b1, b6, b12 can be given.Neurologist can be consulted.
