How To Treat The Popped Up Vein In Arm Caused By Heavy Lifting?
Tonight I picked up something not that heavy I am used to picking up more things heavier but tonight my vein popped and instead of the pain going down like my Dr. told me to look for the pain is going up. No bruising or clots just the vein sticking out of my arm not drastic.

Avoid heavy lifting.In case of any infection or thrombophlebitis it spreads towards the heart.So your doctor has rightly asked to look for any pain or thrombosis upwards.
