How To Treat The Condition Of Double Vision?

My daughter is 7 yrs. old. She weight - 52 lbs. She hit her forehead about 30 mins. ago. At the time she said she was seeing 3 of everything. I put ice on her forehead, now she says she is seeing double in one eye, but only 1 of everything when she puts her glasses on. Should I take her to the ER? Thank you, Pamela

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that your 7 year old daughter met with a injury and following it she is having double vision.
This requires examination to rule out injury to the nerves which supply the extraocular muscles.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Thank you

But if with glasses, there is no double vision , it is not be worried.
After a short rest better if a eye check up be done by a specialist.
