How To Treat Stomach Hurt Before Urination?

I'm 19 years of age & Lately I been holding in my urine while at work. I realized that my stomach began to hurt before I go to the bathroom now its a constant thing for me sometimes I don't even get the feeling of urinating my stomach would just start hurting . What should I do?

I read your question and it's probably a result of prolong bladder holding. It should probably be all right if you empty your bladder frequently. Drinking a lot of water will relieve the irritative symptoms. Timely it will go away. If it is not getting well you should probably need some tests done with a physician.
