How To Resolve Teenage Problems With Family?

Hello lately I've been having a short temper with my mother and grandmother. I am a teenager (male) and I have been feeling that i only could do things my grandmother and mother want me to do. For example; I love playing basketball or hanging with friends but it seems that every time I do one of those two things my grandmother gives Attitude which leads to my mother not letting me play again and then I have to hear how I have to stop playing basketball already I should be doing something better in life..... What should I do? I'm am so tired of them letting what to do and what not to do.

Be calm, when they are relaxed, discuss with them about your feelings , ur aspirations ur expectations. How u feel when they treat u like that. One word of caution, don t use harsh words or negative comments that can hurt them. Listen patiently to what they have got to tell u. As a parent and grand parent they are concerned about you, your welfare, d company u keep ,mingle. Remember whatever they do itsostly for your good. Faith with last sentence is what ll keep u fine with them
