Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
If you are feeding you should not reduce calorie intake, get your hemoglobin checked and monitor your BP. Increase your fluid intake, this will help to reduce dizziness. Take balanced diet with 6 to 7 meals, increase fibre and protein in your diet. Avoid taking excess oily and simple carbohydrates in diet. Keep exercising you will achieve your target.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Sulthana
