How To Reduce Swelling And Pain On Knees After Squatting?
About a month ago I was squatted down on my knees and my daughter sat on my lap I then felt a kinda pop in my rt knee. The next morning my knee was swollen, this swelling has continued and I experience a lot of pain when I first get up in the morning. Is this not something that will resolve?
