Emergency Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing your query.

After reading your post, I would like to advise that you should get her clinically examined and investigated.

Facial injury is usually followed by swelling and discolouration around the eyes.
Ice compress can be applied over swelling, if present.

A CT Scan of head will be helpful in planning further medical management.

She should be observed for any symptoms like disorientation, giddiness, vomiting, persistent headache, , nasal bleed or ear bleed.

She should be advised proper rest.

I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
