How To Lose Weight After Pregnancy?

i am 34 years old female, my height is 5 feet, i weigh 67 kg, i hv always been thin but after my delivery which was 2 years back i have put on around 15 kgs. please suggest a medicine that can be taken alongwith exercise plan to effectively loose weight. can i take leptos 15?

Hi,
I would not suggest taking Leptos. A cursory look at the side effects should be enough to deter you. I would suggest doing it the natural way with calculated calorie intake, sufficient cardio and enough rest. It might take longer than the pharmaceutical way but the results will also last longer, would be more fulfilling, and also lead to a healthy change in lifestyle. If against all of these you still want to try sibutramine please consult a physician in person.
