Hello Dr. i am 22 year old guy. i am 5 feet in height after 16th age didnt grow. i feel that my height is stopped. in my neck portion, bone passing through the neck is hard. my friends telling that if in neck bone is hardened means height has been stopped. since i am a mechanical engg means i have to enough physic. so, plz is there any chance to grow......

I am so sorry to hear about your concerns with regards to height. At 22 years old, all the bones that are responsible for growing to increase height have all stopped growing. This means your height is final and there is very little chance that you would grow any taller. I understand this may not be the best news for you but accepting your height and being happy with is the best way to go.
