How To Get Rid Of The Puffy Eyes?

Hi, m 28 and have puffy /baggy eyes which make me loose my confidence. It reduces a little as the day pass by but in the morning its worse. I just wish to get rid of them as soon as possible as it makes me look older than my age. Any effectives remedies?

If you take alcoholic drink then leave it. go for renal function test and any problem detected should be treated. hypertension should be excluded.
