Hi my name is sudharshan i have tooth decay from my age of 12.Now my age is 30.My last four teeth completely decay .But now i had lump in the cheek beside my tooth decay it is white colour hard and painless surrounding it became black can you sujjest solution to this

From history it seems that there might be having formed root abscess and now encapsulated with fibrosis.
Consult dentist and removal of that particular teeth will give relief of that lump.
Go for root canal treatment of other teeth if your dentist advises.
