How To Get Rid Of Dark Circles?

I have developed dark circles and i consulted a doctor he gave me MALALITE 15 to use.i used it for around a month.before that i used COSMELITE for dark circles.But no positive effect.rather my skin around eyes has become darker and more prominent.Is there No cure for it now?will these dark circles never go??i am really very worried now because i have a fair skin and these dark circles look very bad.and some people told that MALALITE 15 and COSMELITE are drugs and there effect can never be back to normal.plz tel me remady for its cure.

It appears to be hyper pigmentation. Skin formed it after exposure to sun light. So protect your eye by using dark glass. Apply sun screen lotion around your eye.
