How To Get Relieved From Pain And Swelling?
I busted a blood vessel in my index finger and the palm of hand while serving volleyballs today. My finger is swollen at the top joint and I was wondering what I could do to relieve the pain and swelling in order to coach again tomorrow. I have never had this happen before in all the years I've played and coached.

Hai u can go for ice pack iecold compression to redto reduce the swelling and pain.kee the fingers up right for good circulation take painkillers to reduce the pain. Ifnot reduced pls go for an xray
