How To Cure Pain Due To Lump In Mouth?

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed 7 days ago, I have 2 very hard larger lumps on my lower jaw line, and the pain is still frequent, I'm assuming from the swelling from the lumps. I'm beginning to get concerned as the pain is not subsiding. I continue to rinse as directed, as well as apply ice and heat, nothing seems to help. Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
