How To Cure Knee Pain Caused Due To An Injury?
Hi, I fell yesterday and my left knee landed on a rock. It is sore, I cannot bend my knee much without extreme paid, it has a constant dull ache that gets worse after walking or steps. There is a small bruse where I hit the rock but that s it. I do have arthritis in the knee.
