How To Cure Constant Pain In Bladder As Well As While Passing Urine?

i have constaint urine blader pain n i have urine burning n paining while passing.it has been nearly 20 yrs,suffering from the problem.can u please advice me so as to get cured,mostly i ve to sit down while passing urine,sometimes it blocks as well,
