How Safe Is Taking Sepmax For Uterovesical Fistula?

my name is sindhu, iam 33 years old. my diseases is utrovesical fistula. it come to the second cesarian time, as a doctors mistak. utrovesical fistula opening in the anterior bladder wall. fistula canulated with 6fr ureteric catherine. mucus discharge seen coming from the fistulas orifice dye seen coming out through the vagina, after this problem i consult a urologist , he suggest the surgery to recover this problem sir, i want to know any medicine to recover this problem without surgery i daily used a tablet named sepmax( double strength) iam suffering this problem since 2009 june. now think it is too late. Sir.please your suggestion it may be cure by medicine or by surgery .now Iam very afraid about this problem

Surgery is the treatment of choice.

There is a structural problem and it is always better to correct it by surgery.

As there is discharge, there might be a chance for infection which ultimately leads to unwanted complications.
