How Much Ensure Should I Drink To Gain Weight?

My doctors told me I m on the verge of being malnutrition im drastically losing weight 2yrs ago before I had my son was 137 I m 5 3 and I m down to 104lbs. I was told by family friends and a physician that ensure could possibly help me gain weight, my question is how many ensures should I drink a day to pick my weight back up

First make sure you are eating a healthy diet of at least 2000 calories per day. Include fruits, vegetables, whole grains and protein source. Then add one can of ensure 3 times a day. Once you reach your ideal weight of around 125 pounds then back off on the ensure.
